I’ve been trying to get in shape for our upcoming wedding, so when Kevin from Ambari Nutrition approached me about trying his protein powders, I was instantly all-in. As a fellow Northeast Ohioian, I am excited to team up with his business based out of Amherst, Ohio – as well as get fit in the process!

Finding a good protein powder can be a daunting process, especially when you don’t know exactly what you are looking for.

Ingredients

  • FOR PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH SHAKE:
  • 1 packet AmBari French Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 8 oz water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter granola, for topping
  • FOR TROPICAL STRAWBERRY BLAST SHAKE:
  • 1 packet AmBari Strawberry Blast Protein
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 8 oz water
  • FOR CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY SHAKE:
  • 1 packet AmBari Milk Chocolate Protein
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 8 oz water
  • FOR CAFE MOCHA ICED COFFEE SHAKE:
  • 1 packet AmBari Cafe Mocha Protein
  • 8 oz black cold brew coffee, chilled
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. NOTE: Ingredients listed are for ONE protein shake serving.
  2. FOR PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH: Use a blender to pulse the ingredients until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Top with peanut butter granola as desired. Enjoy!
  3. FOR TROPICAL STRAWBERRY BLAST: Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 2-3 minutes per smoothie. Enjoy!
  4. FOR CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY: Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 2-3 minutes per smoothie. Enjoy!
